Complexgeometries

Complexgeometries: Spring/Summer 2010

If you have followed my blog for awhile then you have seen my other posts about Complexgeometries. I love unisex clothing so when i found Complexgeometries i was in love. Yes, the pieces are a little bit on the pricy side but these pieces are an investment. I am very excited about the new Spring/Summer 2010 collection and I think i will be investing soon.

I absolutely love the gold pants bellow. They just look so....cool. Also, have you seen the shoes the female model is wearing? Gorgeous.

What pieces do you like most from the new collection? Also, how do you feel about people saying that a piece of clothing is an investment? Do you think that is a true statement or do we tell ourselves that it is an investment just to make ourselves feel better about buying a $300 garment?

I love them too! I think some clothes can be an investment if you think about price per wear and that whole thing :) Or maybe I just tell myself that haha!

i love the idea of unisex, and i really like the draping on some of the pieces. however since i'm small, they may not work for me.

investment pieces: i think something can definitely be an investment piece - especially if you can pass it down to someone when it becomes vintage. it depends on the material and whether it can hold up after a long period of time, the style, and the brand.

I love CG, but am hesitant to spend $300 on their garments. After all, a t-shirt is still just a t-shirt.

I do believe spending $300 on a jacket or shoes is an investment. Looking sharp can help you meet people, get jobs, and feel confident.
