Bows on film.

DVF: Cruise/pre-spring 2009/2010.

Although im not a huge follower of DVF, i still respect her and think her clothing is beautiful, i was blown away by her spring 2009/2010 cruise/pre-spring collection. The bright colors and the trendy bows used as head adornment was something that was very fresh. Something i had never seen from DVF. Although it is very trendy, i think buying certain pieces from the collection can last you quite a few seasons. Check out dvf.com or style.com for more information and pictures from this collection.

Also, would you ever buy and wear a dvf bow hat (im not sure what the official name is)? I think i would rock one.

though I adore those bows, I think I'd get laughed off the street if I tried to wear one here.
The 3rd dress down (dotty one) is to-die-for-cute!

I think my fave dress is the black and white one-shoulder one. I would wear the hat if I had one, but it probably costs more that I can afford to buy!

love this collection...it't def redeemed itself from the past few seasons because her stuff began to look sloppy and not that put together...not very DVF. but this is good, and I love the bows!

FRICK. I loved this collection, probably because I have an unnatural attraction to bows. I think I'll be slightly saddened when bows inevitably get over-saturated but I'm very excited for more cute bows in stores!

LOVE the purple & gold dress and paint splattered outfit, all the bows look superb!

and as long as they weren't insanely expensive, i would get one and rock it hardcore.

I love the bows and a lot of the prints! I was really impressed with this collection, especially for not being a regular f/w or s/s show.
